INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOTHERAPY
There are times when we face challenges in life and it feels like there is no way to turn for help. Individual counseling allows you to explore thoughts, feelings and behaviors and work through challenges towards desired outcomes.
FAMILY THERAPY
When a family experiences conflict, sometimes outside help is needed. Family therapy provides the opportunity for families to learn necessary skills to improve areas of difficulties.
GROUPS
Does your child find it difficult to interact with their peers or make friends? If your child is school-aged, our social skills group can help. Social Skill Group enables children to learn important skills and build self-confidence.
PARENT COACHING
Parents Coaching offers parents tools to foster a more positive interaction with their children. We provide Parent Coaching in a non-judgmental setting using psychoeducation and evidence-based strategies to navigate familial issues related to children.
We offer psychotherapy to address emotional difficulties and life stressors.
